First 60 Days:

  • 5 active leads
  • 8 appointments
  • 2 listings or buyers in contract
  • 40 contacts in kvCORE
  • Present CMA with senior agent
  • Host an open house

First 90 Days:

  • 8 active leads
  • 15 appointments
  • 4 listings or buyers in contract
  • 75 contacts in kvCORE
  • Business goal and strategy review

Ongoing:

  • 20 contacts daily
  • Role play/training daily
  • Be involved in the community
