Martine Perron
After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication & Media Studies from Laval University, Quebec in 2015 she made the move to Vancouver and purchased her first home; this sparked an interest and inspired her to become a mortgage broker, receiving her licence in 2019.
Martine went on to pursue her real estate license in 2021 and having been through it herself, plus having helped countless others, she has an essential understanding of the entire process. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, making her able to effectively answer your questions before you even know you have them.
Martine prides herself on having open and honest communication at every step of the way. She knows that her clients are at the heart of her business and her focus on building lifelong relationships shows her value and commitment to working together over the many stages of real estate investments.
Martine understands the vital role of financial planning and knows that the home buying and mortgage process – often a family’s most significant investment – is an integral part of this. With a passion for helping young professionals and growing families realize their first or dream home, she draws on this knowledge to help her clients easily navigate the, at times, complex world of real estate.
When she’s not taking care of her clients, she’s taking care of her beautiful daughters and spending time with her partner, Mark Hammer. Together they enjoy almost any outdoor activity; especially tennis, skiing and mountain biking.
