Ganasan Ponjani
Ganasan is a Vancouver local and a first-generation Canadian with Filipino and Singaporean heritage. After graduating from Vancouver College High School, he moved on to study Marketing at UBC Sauder School of Business where, in 2018, he also attained his real estate licence.
At a young age, Ganasan took notice of his father’s involvement in Vancouver’s housing industry through his work as a builder. While studying for his undergrad at UBC, Ganasan further grasped the power of real estate and began to appreciate what this asset class can truly provide. This course of study opened his eyes to the opportunity to leverage the market in a person’s favour to gain equity and subsequently build wealth. He has made it a personal mission to help others crush their
own real estate goals.
Ganasan believes that knowledge is power in this industry. He sees this in every aspect of his work; from the network of people who you know and work with, to understanding that each client is unique. Ganasan approaches every transaction with an open mind and a great attitude, creating an atmosphere of trust for his clients.
Ganasan’s real estate achievements started early in his career. At the age of 23 he purchased his first home giving him an early edge in an emerging market and at 25 he became a Medallion Club Member joining the top 10% of agents in the area.
