Martine Perron is the Founder and Mortgage Broker at Arc Mortgage, dedicated to empowering Canadian homeowners to take back control of their finances. Certified in the Smith Manoeuvre, Martine saw a gap in the industry and launched Arc Mortgage with a bold vision: to help hundreds of thousands of families pay off their mortgages faster and build lasting wealth for retirement.
With a commitment to white-glove service and tailored strategies, Martine and her team guide clients through proven approaches like the Smith Manoeuvre, Cash Damming, and other wealth-building techniques. Originally from the East Coast, Martine earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication & Media Studies from Laval University. Now based in Vancouver, she combines her financial expertise with a deep passion for helping people feel confident and in control of their money. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and playing tennis with her daughters and family.
