Jaclyn Chan
Meet Jaclyn Chan, an enthusiastic real estate professional and graduate from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. Her career in real estate began in 2007 working with a Vancouver-based development firm, Hungerford Properties, and was instrumental to the success of the company’s first multi-family development, MacPherson Walk.
As she moved through the marketing, sales, construction and completion of all 345 homes, Jaclyn obtained immense knowledge and skill within the real estate development industry. She obtained her project management certificate at UBC, and continued to service developer clients such as Beedie Development, Epta Development Corp and Mission Group during her time at MLA Canada.
In 2015, Jaclyn became a Project Marketing, Sales & Leasing Consultant working with renowned builders such as PCI Developments, Domus Homes, Trasolini Construction, Formwerks Boutique Properties, Ledcor and Polygon Homes. She obtained her real estate sales license in 2016 and sold over $40 million in residential and commercial sales while accumulating over 20,000 hours of project marketing experience.
As part of the Hammer Group team with eXp Realty, Jaclyn is excited to apply her new home sales and marketing experience to builder clients, and treat every buyer and seller with the same level of professionalism and strategic planning. As a competitive tennis player and a mom of two young boys (and two furry dogs), Jaclyn understands the practice of consistency along with the demanding operations of a growing family. She is ready to help you every step of the way to ensure you feel well taken care of throughout your real estate transition.
